Three people were killed and one person was injured after gunfire erupted at a short-term rental party on Vilbig Road.

Dallas police say uninvited guests showed up before shots were exchanged between people near the entrance and people upstairs inside the home.

Surveillance footage shows armed men fleeing through nearby yards after the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
